First Floor: The original floor plan included a conventionally framed sun porch on the first floor and a separate mudroom before entering the kitchen.

Second Floor: The artist studio space is removed and the overall square footage is reduced.  Part of the loft area was also eliminated to make room for the second bathroom and to allow a large enough space for the two bedrooms given the smaller square footage.

Elevations: Even with an 850 square foot decrease in size, the home is still comfortable and can keep the same exterior "character" that drew you to the home in the first place.
