First Floor: The original floor plan has a large master suite, which includes a private sitting area and bath while the modified plan features two bedrooms on the first floor.

Second Floor: The orginal plan featured a loft space with a window seat on the second floor overlooking the great room below. The new plan includes a bedroom and bath on the second floor. For those who do not need the third bedroom, a small loft area with a window seat overlooking the great room would still be an option.

Exterior: By simply removing the cathedral space in the living room, this home can add 2 additional bedrooms and the size will be slightly smaller.
