First Floor: We were able to decrease the size of the first floor by over 350 sq ft while managing to keep the general layout of the plan .

Second Floor: The orginal plan featured a loft space on the second floor overlooking the great room below and included two bedrooms with private baths. The new plan includes a third bedroom on the second floor and one bathroom. You could also forgo the third bedroom and opt for a cathedral great room, which would include small loft on the second floor. 

Exterior: By simply removing the cathedral space in the living room, this home can add 1 additional bedroom yet the overall size is slightly smaller.
