First Floor: This home remained very much the same as the original on the first floor but you will notice is a mirror image of the original.

Second Floor: An additional dormer was added to the home which gave these homeowners a little more room on the second level and also added more windows and light to the upstairs level. 

Lower Level: The biggest change to this plan was to create a recreation area on the lower level rather than have a two-bay garage. This added over 600 square feet of living space to the home and still kept it around 2200 square feet total.

Exterior: The exterior of the new home is very similar to the original.
