Middletown, RI, May 6, 2008. J. Michael Hill of F.M. Properties, Inc. has been appointed Authorized Independent Representative of Timberpeg®, which designs and fabricates timber frame homes. After completing a five-day training session held by Timberpeg®, Hill is the Rhode Island customer contact and resource for expertise in TIMBERPEG® timber framing for design through construction.
Hill has been a licensed real estate professional in Rhode Island for nearly three decades, involved in both single-family homes and multi-family developments. Recent notable projects include numerous single family homes in Newport and Bristol Counties, Coddington Point Condominiums in Newport and Marshall Landing Condominiums in Middletown.
