Description: This is an early (late 70's) Timberpeg that recently underwent a major renovation that included three separate Timberpeg additions. This approx. 2500 square feet house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on two stories. The interior is framed with eastern white pine and the exterior is finished with brick.
Features: This home shows the evolution of Timberpeg. The older section has 6x6 joists on 24" centers. The dining room addition was cut to match the early construction.
