This house was built on land on the coast of Maine that had been in the family since 1922. The original cottage, fondly referred to as “Sunset” by family members, was replaced by a new and more practical timber frame home named “Sunset II.” With its grey clapboards, white trim and traditional fascia returns, it is a new improved version of the old house.
