If you have a view and like an open kitchen, dining room and living room, this layout is perfect. We have designed many homes that are modifications of this floor plan. The home featured here has some very beautiful finishes and features a full timber frame throughout. We have also designed homes with a similar floor plan layout but slightly smaller and featuring a hybrid timber frame, where only the main living spaces were timber framed while the bedrooms were built using conventional framing or structural insulated panels.
