Fells Estate & Gardens

Project Details

Plan #

T01275

Sitting on 83 acres, including half a mile of Lake Sunapee shoreline, The Fells Estate and Gardens is the historical home of statesman John Milton Hay and is comprised of a large Colonial Revival home, woodland trails, and beautiful gardens. This has made it a highly sought after wedding and event venue, leading to the need to add a new pavilion to accommodate larger groups. An enclosed structure at the end of the open pavilion includes a catering kitchen on one side and a small event/meeting room on the other, adding to the services and capabilities that the venue offers.
