The Preserve at Chocorua – Wedding Barn

Modeled after the original 19th century events barn that served the property for over 100 years, The Preserve Barn is a favorite site for weddings, community gatherings and gala receptions. This New England style barn utilizes classic post and beam construction, incorporating 30 ft. fir beams which, known for their inherent strength, allow for the use of fewer support posts; opening up the views throughout. The design of new barn was further improved with the addition of a full mezzanine, providing guests with a bird's-eye view of the events below. The structure is topped with a cedar clad cupola which pulls in light and aids in fresh-air circulation. A proper tribute to the original, historic barn, this simple yet elegant space is the perfect location for a memorable event.
