Farmingdale Pool House

project details

PLAN DETAILS

Project #: 5676

Bedrooms: 1

Bathrooms: 1

Square feet: 939

Additional Features:

Cathedral Living Room

Designed to complement the main residence, the Farmingdale pool house is an exquisite addition to an already magnificent property. The walkway leading to the pool shows the beauty of custom timber framing. A large cupola stands tall on the seam of the roof and allows ample natural light into the building.

Luxury and function combine to ensure that the pool house is prepared for considerable foot traffic. Additionally, a spacious and stately kitchen opens up to the living room. These rooms look out directly to the pool.

As it is intended to function as a pool house, easy to maintain surfaces, like the flag stone floor and soap stone counters, were installed. These add to the beauty of the space, while avoiding the need for regular maintenance.

Just off of the kitchen, the living room displays the gorgeous beams found in timber frame and post and beam homes. Adjacent to the living room is a pool house guest bedroom that’s truly perfect for an overnight stay. With private entrance and bathroom, visitors can enjoy their own home away from home.
