This cottage is built overlooking the banks of Lake Nubanusit and is the perfect spot to enjoy a day on the water. Do not judge this building by its small size, however, as the Water's Edge Cottage has a surprising amount going on in this relatively tiny space.

Designed to complement the main house on the property, The Lassen, the cottage's exterior utilizes cedar shingles and stonework. A wraparound deck provides a wonderful space to enjoy some fresh air and the surrounding views.

Primarily consisting of one main living room, cathedral ceilings emphasize the cross gable roof, and large windows make it feel much larger. There is a kitchenette in the main room and a small powder room. An outdoor shower allows for a quick rinse after a day of swimming.

While there is no bedroom, this small waterfront cottage could easily hold some guests for a night or two. It would also make for an inspirational setting for an art studio or other creative space.
